btw, i just found out that my brother's bed(its foldable can fold to long chair kinda thing) is useful to do sit ups! i can train sit ups there le! :D cause got the "armrest" can use.

watched too much tv liao la.
and i studied physics before dinner right, i FELL ASLEEP AGAIN.
