Instant noodles, mine's healthy

Instant noodles: are they healthy or not?


OF COURSE THEY ARE!
IF you are eating those that are made by my mum.

Normal instant noodles stuff:
-boil water
-open the pack of instant noodles
-put in the noodles and cook
-after the noodles are cook, put in the packet stuffs that comes with the noodles
-serve
(probably looks like this)

Mum's instant noodles stuff:
-boil water
-cook noodles
-pour away the water (because it is apparently filled with the noodle's wax thing)
-put cooked noodles aside in a boil
-boil water
-put vegetables, fishball, meatball, whatever ingredients that you may like and cook it
-add in the noodles & egg
-put in half the MSG whatever packet stuff that comes with the noodles
-serve

(probably looks like this depending on the ingredients)

And that is why my mum's instant noodles are the healthiest ever.
Plus, one serving will make you really full.(because of all the ingredients)

The only bad thing is that it takes about twice as long as preparing normal instant noodles.
Which means... you're not really preparing instant noodles anymore.
you're just preparing.... noodles.

:/ Hm.

Well, IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH MORE THAN TIME THEN START COOKING MY MUM'S TYPE OF NOODLES FROM NOW ON :)
