i exercised just now, jog with my dad at gym.


i studied for quite a long time and finished most of the homework plus tuition hw:)
i think i burned off 25okcal.
but then the machine might just be lying to me to make me happy -.-

but then again machines dont lie :D

cant wait to get back results tmr.
